Hello sir,
I am swathi, purchased Carrier split AC on 31st march 2020. First 5 months it went smooth but from then it started water leakage from the AC and at the same time Remote also stopped working. Till date I called customer care so many times and complained about the same, but I am getting the message as
"Service request of product is cancelled due to .If you disagree with Cancellation pls contact us on".
To whom I have to contact and for what reason the technicians are not able to visit the place. Was this information helpful? |
