I got installed a Carrier AC at my residence 301, Steel Tower Housing Co-operative, Bengal Ambuja, City Centre, Durgapur-713216
Here are details of the product and its purchase:-

Model Number: Superia plus
Name of the Product: Carrier make 1.0 TR Inverter Split AC
Bill Number: UA/14-15/1916
This AC was being used occasionally as it had been installed in my guest room.
Error “E1” is showing when it is switched on for last 3-4 months.
I called Customer Care regarding this, thereafter 2 days a technician visited my house, took his service charges and returned back assuring fault would be communicated from service centre. After repeated chasing to Service Centre, it was declared that its PCB CARD was damaged which would be changed.
An amount of Rs. 4000/- was taken as advance for card replacement.
Thereafter no feedback /updates from service centre / Customer care side though I continued calling up them.
After repeated chase I was told that PCB CARD was not available with company & they would be repairing it & advance amount was forcefully refunded to me.
Now they started not picking/ disconnecting my phone calls. I used to receive wrong & misleading messages .
I continued calling almost every day. Every time they falsely assured that today my work would be done.
They have fitted back my old PCB card saying that nothing could be done. Neither card is being changed nor repaired. Now it seems as if I have made a mistake by purchasing carrier AC. I am too frustrated and mentally harassed. It is very unfortunate & disgusting that even after almost 3 months I am suffering like anything.
Please look into the matter & do the needful
