We have been a Carrier customers for long and have 3 ACs at home. Not just us, but also my mom and my sisters house.
This is the first time, we have this complaint.
I request you to take action, as it is impacting your brand.
Bought the AC 3 years back
8th feb 2021 - Service
3rd July - Water wash
30th Aug - Gas top up
14th Sept - service
We have been having continuous complaints from the time Sensicool Services (Chennai- 600048) did the servicing. Either the AC doesnt get cooled, or water gets leaked.
Today again, when we called them, they claim it has to be serviced again.
We called another agency called Aravind Enterprises(Chennai-600117), they say gas is less.
Both the agencies are not getting accountability for fixing this. Both of them claim that they are authorized service centres.
All of this is impacting your brand and we cant be shelling out money for every other month. This has been a very bad customer experience for us.
I kindly request you to do the needful and fix this.
Note - This may be just 1 customer, but that 1 customer can create a bad word of mouth for you. After 4 services and losing the patience I am writing this email.
