I purchased carrier 1.5 TON window AC and got it installed from carrier representative on 22nd april. Later after installation A.C. was making loud noise. Installation person told me to logg a complaint in carrier customer care. I did that and a technician visited. He opened A.C. and said it is faulty and will not last for a month because compressor is hanging in the air. He asked me to replace A.C. I said ok. Later he said kuch aaya hu to kuch to kar ke jaunga. I said not to do anything but he bent copper piping and said anyway your A.C. dont have life. I have his audio. Then I complained about him but carrier is not writing complaint against him. Later one more technician visited on 23rd april and made a report that A.C. came in damaged condition. I called carrier customer care again and till then the are giving me new timelines just to get a call back from them for replacement. I already contacted them 20 times but almost no resolution and new timeline. Snd they never call back.
