Carrier Midea India — Faulty outdoor AC delivered (Carrier Split AC)

I ordered a Carrier Split AC through Amazon on 21st May and got it delivered on 22nd May. However once I got it installed, the technician said there is a faulty part in the outdoor part of the AC and due to which there is an E1 error coming.
He suggested me to call Carrier customer care to complaint about this, which I did (Complaint Transaction number[protected]. After 2-3 days a technician from Carrier came to check (Dharmendra - [protected]). He confirmed that the outdoor part is defected and that part needs to be replaced. He said he is going to place a request for the part and will be resolved in 1-2 days.
However, 4 days have passed and since then this technician is also not responding properly and neither there is any progress.
I have also already put in a request for replacement of this AC in Amazon website within 10 days of the delivery date and called the Amazon customer care as well. They said someone will get back to you in 24 hours for replacement, but it's already more than 24 hrs and no one has called. I have spent almost 43000 on this AC and no one is helping out to replace this faulty AC.
Request urgent assistance on this. Waiting for prompt response.
