We purchased a Carrier Split A.C which was not giving
proper Cooing so we decided to call a Technician from a
Authorized Carrier Service Center, as we thought Calling
a Technician from an Authorized Carrier Service Center
can be trusted more than the local Technicians, but this
proved to be our biggest mistake.
The Company seems to hire uneducated Employees for these
kind of Sensitive technical issues which can lead to
severe damage to our Components or it might be the case
that the Company is not providing proper training to
their Technical Engineers which is causing heavy loss to
consumers.
The Carrier Split A.C we purchased has been repaired two
times by the Authorized Carrier Company Technicians
withing 20 days of time period for the same issue of Non
Cooling by A.c.Although the Service Bill provided to us
clearly shows that the components replaced during
servicing has a warranty period of 1 month(Bill Attached
for Reference), but still the technician charged for the
same component replaced twice and still the issue is not
resolved of Non Cooling by the A.C.
We request to take necessary action for such mislead to
Consumers as summers are on and these kind of negligence
is not acceptable.
