[Resolved]  Mahindra Rise — FAcing Problem with mahindra maxximo

Dear Mr Agarwal , I tend to agree with Pulastya's observation hence regret my inability to offer any additional relief as desired by you. Nevertheless since I am sitting long distance away from where your vehicle is , to be fair my senior colleague Santhanam who heads east zone will review and communicate our decision. A trade in can be organized at fair market value by our local dealership. rgds sanjoy On Sep 6, 2013, at 20:10, "sumit Agarwal" <sumit.[protected]@yahoo.in> wrote: > > Sir, > Need your urgent attention > Again today in the middle of returning oil feed pump has created problem and now we have to replace it. > > Sir, do you think that in a normal vehicle this much of problem can occurred. After that also, I am spending lots of money every month at your dealer point due to a regular problem with vehicle, and at the end of exactly one year your supplied battery was gone at non-working condition. now again my vehicle is at your dealer point since last 10 days due to some common rail problem which cost around Rs- 7000 to replace it, and the spare is not available at your dealer point in malda west bengal. > > I have bought this vehicle basically for my own business, and I have suffered a lot due to this non availability of spare , and also as some regular problem .with this vehicle., which is not desireable and this is not happening only with me , its happening with more then 80 % of mahindra maximo customer. > > I am completely fed up with this kind of situation. and thats why this mail is sending to you. > Expecting a immediate kind of solution from your end with something positive to the customers. > > regards,, > Jugal kishor agarwal > > Samsi Malda > West Bengal > Mo-[protected] > > > ---DISCLAIMER[protected][protected][protected][protected] The contents of this E-mail (including the contents of the enclosure/(s) or attachment/(s) if any) are privileged and confidential material of Mahindra and Mahindra Limited (M&M) and should not be disclosed to, used by or copied in any manner by anyone other than the intended addressee/(s).
