I purchased scooty from Cars24 rithala branch on 25-October-2020 & paid full amount of scooty & RC transfer charges. I provided complete papers after 1 month. But even after several follow ups through call, mail & personal visit, RC has not been transferred in my name. It has been complete 1 year since the date of purchase. It has been pathetic consumer experience with Cars24. They are highly unprofessional people who care little about consumer.
