[Resolved] Cars24 Services — about the appointment of car check up

Today dat is 5 oct 2018 i had a cars 24 appointment of my car to be check. But no one has responded to me since morning. So i called up the customer service of cars 24 they gave me one number of mr. Abhijeet and said that he will confirm whether who and when is coming to my place for checkup. I called him immidiaetly but he is not picking up the call. So please help.
