[Resolved] Cars24 Services — false commitment about refund never pick calls

From car24 ludhiana branch i select car I give them token money of 15000 they didn't give me receipt that time and after one week i got receipt of 15000, afterthat they never picked my call from one month they promise you will get refund i have all call recordings but they ruin my time and never pick call.worst ever service, false commitments.i have also called customer service many times but never get response

I have all call recording in which they committed me that amount will be refunded but they necer picked my call from one month
