[Resolved] Cars24 Services — Pathetic customer service

I have been trying to purchase a car but the customer service team is so pathetic, the only response I get is we’ll get back in 24-48 hrs. This has been going on over a week. Have tried all possible ways to reach them but the response is the same. If you do not want to sell cars then why post them. Also, they charge hefty commission charges for purchasing the car.
