[Resolved] Cars24 Services — pending balance amount

Dear madam / sir, this is bhanu prakash galinki, i have sold my ritz ldi 2012 model vehicle no - ap29ax9629 on 10 feb 2018 at jubilee hill branch, my balance amount was held-back due to financer name termination, which has been done in last week of april 2018, till date i have no response from your team some of them telling that my account don't exist. Will be waiting for web complaint response. If not i'm going to get a lawyer.
