I had sold my car dl9cy2156, on 2nd june 2019 and car has been sold to end buyer also but till now the rc has been not transferred to end buyer. Today i have received a notice from delhi traffic police that someone has done some offence with this car. I had complaint more than 10 time on their customer care no. But they are not listing me and, it has been almost 1 year but they are not transferring rc and i also received challan notice of 500 from police. Please help. Please guide me, what whould i do now? I don't know who is using my car, asked you many times, at least end buyer details should share with me. I have fear that the car could be used in illegal things. sometimes feels that I commit suicide due to tension. please share the Status of my RC Transfer and End buyer details otherwise I have to seize the car until RC is not transferred
