I sold my vehicle to cars24 on 13th april 2019 with a written confirmation that they will provide the rc transfer with 45 days. However after repeated communication via email, whatsapp messages and phone calls they have failed to do so. Due to this i have suffered a financial loss of rs. 75, 000/- as the exchange bonus that i was to receive from the dealership from where i purchased my new car.
I would want them to reimburse me the loss of rs. 75, 000/- that is caused to me due to their false commitment.
