From Abraham cherian, Kannampurathu, J p nagar R s p o thiruvalla Kerala Sir, : The above mentioned laptop battery was ordered through ebay {ref.. No.26075}. But you delivered a different one, model l800 through fedex, by invioce no.299610 dated 09/12/2017. It got charged in my laptop to 87%only showed fully charged but my laptop cannot be opened with this battery alone. It is not charging further. So this battery is not functioning in my laptop. My laptop is toshiba satellite c50-a p0010 and the original battery was toshiba model no. Pa5109u-1brs pabrs rating 10.8=4800mah. As per the ebay guarentee it should be replaced. If not the money paidshould be refunded. I have already registered this compaint to [protected]@cart2india.com but no reply has not yet been received by me. Kindly give me a positive reply.
