I purchased realme 3 pro from cartupi.com on 13th may. Site asked for the payment via mobikwik app. I made the payment as well. I got a message of confirmation of order. They said my product will be delivered in 5-6 days. On 22 may when i am trying to reach out to them it is looking like their phone no as well as their website is not there. Pls help me. I paid 16, 490 through phonpe app in cartupi, to buy realme 3 pro.. It said I will get my product in 6 days. But I didn't. Now neither r the phon no nor the website is working. How can I get back my money. Pls help

Cartupi.com has cheated many people all over India and you also are cheated by them. Interesting fact is that upi transactions are being used and we cannot have there bank account details and phone number and address also.
Digital payment is better option and they have done this trick to cheat.
No chances are seen to get the money back.
