Carz service center located in madapur, hyderabad is the worst service center i have ever seen.
I took my vehicle for front wheel bearing issue and guy named khaja said lot about the company and services.
He repaired front wheel bearing and did something to my car back wheel. Where i took vehicle to home via orr, i reached speed around 80 them both back wheels are stuck and broken inside.
I instantly called the guy and informed.
He said he won't take any responsibility once vehicle is out of service center.
I took vehicle to another service center and after examining the wheels condition they said previous mechanic (Khaja) did something like tightening wheel screw's etc to get stuck and broken for further issues.
I spent around 7000 with khaja and 13000 with new mechanic for back wheel issues created by khaja. Was this information helpful? |
