Carzonrent — My refund issue | |||||
Dear sir, my name is Ayub Ahmed Shaikh had made a booking ( booking Id 6569040 ) on 19.12.2015 from Myles Car a division of Carzonrent and completed my booking on 21.12.2105 . they charged my debit card with pre authorization amount of Rs. 5000/- which was promised to be refunded after i complete my booking. I completed my booking on the 21.12.2015, i gave all the necessary details of my bank account to initiate my refund but was of no avail and customer care team is making me run from pillar to post and always giving me misleading replies that we have done the refund go check your bank and etc. its been more than 45 days i have not got my money refunded. before I take up this matter of misusing my funds and holding them for no reason and for mental harassment to RBI, Mumbai and ministry of finance, New Delhi i would like your intervention and help me resolve my problem at the earliest.
