After visiting their website they will asked me to pay the money first, so I paid Rs 1488 for swift car on 1st June morning in Bangalore for hiring in the evening, then I called them and asked them that If I cancel the booking how much will be the refund amount, they said full amount will be refunded. So I have cancelled the booking as they have shown the mandatory details required for hiring the car later after I paid the amount, which I did not have. They said they will make the refund within 3days.After 4days I called them they asked me to mail them for that. Again the same process went for 5 days. then again after calling 3days gone. Now they are saying we cant refund you as within 24hrs of booking we don't refund.They are absolute cheaters.
Please don't go for it further.
