[Resolved]  CASA Rio — Carpet Area is much lower than specified

Lodha Builder is unnecessary charging interest from the customer. They don't allow the customer to visit the site. Now when their property is partially ready, they took 2 yrs maintenance in advance along with 2 years club house charges, whereas building is not in the livable condition and club house is still under construction. And most important, carpet area of the flat is much lower than what specified by them.
