Ordered a wireless i7 headphones and sony 32000 mah power pack priced 1399 including delivery.
Received used and damaged items which are not working. As per company policy initiated refund by contacting within 24 hours. But the mail i'd provided is wrong and so is the call centre number.
I think that it is a dlibrate fraud and this company is taking consumers for a ride. Request suitable action.
