Dear sir i already paid 2100 rupees in cash bean loan account app,, but not update this payment payment date 13/03/2020, payment successful sir, today date 15/03/2020 today fine 42 rupees,, cash bean employees again and again calls, please repay the payment, i say i already paid employees says pay again again, daily are being fined, payment slips and fine screenshot i'll deliver it to the court

Dear sir I pay cash bean loan 2100 rupees successfully paid but that amount was not updated cash bean loan app daily 42rupees fine, I have na bank transaction NEFT payment slip there I raise the complaint, I already told cashbean employees are not responding correctly sir, this loan effect depends on my CIBIL score, I not take any future loans, , please take strong action on cashbean app .
