I have paid all the dues, penal interest before due date of 26th and closed my loan. As there is no way to contact cashe customer care for loan clouser after shown in Cashe app as loan closed, the next day i saw 2 times mandate fail charge bounce charge Rs.295 each was deducted from my account.this is purely illegal.kindly refund my money to my bank account.This is my cashe account no.

Updated by Samarjit1991 Today again 1 more time Rs.295 deducted from my saving account what to do.This is a pure fraud as after closing and paying all loan amount they are still taking and deducting bounce charge from my account by putting mandate or cheque
