Cashe — Cashe I pay my amount and closed but not clear in cibil it shows active

Hi Team,

This is Raju i am taking loan from cashe dated[protected] amount Rs. 35000/- loan Account no CL335611 paid all EMI and closed, still the loan was showed an active mode.my cibil is affected due to your side not closed,

Please do the needful help at the earliest..
