I m extremely unhappy about this fraudulent transaction, please sort this for or will lodge ecomplaint at the cyber cell.
Had requested loan of INR 7k on 14th July which shows as disbursed on your website and on my app it's still showing "processing" i have been writing to your support team who don't respond nor there's a customer service team to reach to for any concern or grievances.
Sort this out for me on priority basis.
Also I would like to bring into your notice Please be informed that the that a few people posing to be from your organization (or I am not sure they are faking their identity) By name Shalu (Name of Female and a man speaking over the call) has been demanding the customers to pay an amount of INR 892 TO THE HR TEAM so that the funds will be released in to the account their contact numbers are as below with the screenshots of the conversation on WhatsApp - these guys can barely speak in english and full customer with jargon that they themselves are not aware what they are talking about.
I am forced to lodge a complaint to cyber cell as well as consumer court about these fraudulent activities.
