[Resolved] Cashe — Missing Document's email not received | |
Hi- I have a customer of CASHe from past couple of years and the service is good.. this time am facing issue.. I had applied for a loan on 5th Oct 2021, however it seems that there are certain documents missing and been receiving the IVR calls and messages informing the same, however due to unknown reason not received any notification from CASHe on my registered email [protected]@hotmail.com. I sent them a message informing the issue from my official email I’d [protected]@stxxxxet.com to provide me the missing documents list but no response received . ticket # 7276906 for reference . Since I cannot change the details in the app until the verification is complete, I had emailed the bank statements for 3 months already. Can someone look in to this issue and get this missing documents issue resolved ASAP I can be reached at the registered number and alternate number registered with cashe Was this information helpful? | |
