[Resolved] Cashe — payment issue | |||
I have made payment on 15/06/2019 auto debited rs 14667 but in application it was showing 9533rs. I have sent mail to support and collection team, sent many reminders but no one responding the issue. And for money recovery they are calling to my contact list peoples, my relative, and other friends instead of resolving and updating in their portal, its been 2 month still dally they are charging 2.5% interest and increasing the amount. Note: A. 22000rs loan repayment details : in this i can see below repayment details in cashe application. 1. 06/03/[protected] 2. 15/06/[protected] 3. 02/07/[protected] B. 7100 cashe emi card repayment details. 1. 02/07/[protected] In both repayment details 15/06/2019 amount repayment details is incorrect as deducted from my account. Auto debit details: Sl. No date mode* particulars withdrawals balance 1 [protected] net banking bil/[protected]/sipg/bsamvmzoatdc8m 7, 333.00 92, 836.53 2 [protected] net banking bil/[protected]/sipg/bsamvmzoatdc8m 14, 667.00 3, 09, 253.34 3 [protected] net banking bil/[protected]/sipg/bsamvmzoatdc8m 5, 134.00 9, 434.28 Spoke with my bank customer care, they confirmed that amount deducted from cashe team and we can notice all deduction reference number is same.
