My auto debit date is 15th of every month. But from the past two months auto debit is not going through and I have to pay manually. But when I paid this month on 16th May via the link I received from cashe it's still not updated in app. And now I am getting unwanted calls and messages daily being harrased by them. I have raised tickets 4 times to their helpdesk. There is only one number to call them but that also they never pick. Please get this resolved ASAP
