Cashe — payment not updated since 5 months now

I hqve taken loan from cashe from which i have paid 8000 however the details are not yet updated and also i have sent the proofs severals times
Still the recovery people ask me for proof again and again every month
Also they confirm that the payment has been done and it is reflecting the system. I have sent them statements and screen shots too but still they want me to send them again and again as it is still not reflecting in their system.
Please help

Kindly check your bank statement for reversal of payment. If not, mail us the complete bank statement on [protected]@cashe.co.in, in pdf format specifying the date of the transaction to track your payment.
