Pls find the attached file all close loans,

Loans details-
‌10000- Processing fee (500)
Loan request- 16 July 2019

‌65000- Processing fee( 1250)
Loan request- 3 August 2019

‌75000- Processing fee(1275)
Loan request- 2 January 2020

‌50000-Processing fee(1500)
Loan request - 1 July 2020

I have 4 times get loan and proper closed but my processing fee not waiver any loan as policy,

So pls refund all loan processing fee asap
