[Resolved]  Cashe — Repaid the loan but it's not reflecting in the account

I have preclosed the loan amount but the payment is still not reflecting in my CASHe account. I have raised multiple tickets and I'm getting only system generated mails. It's been 1 week but still they are not taking any actions.
