[Resolved] Cashkaro.com — cashback for amazon coupon not paid | |
Its been more than 15 days thAt my requested cashback in form of amazon coupon has not been paid yet. my cashkaro id is: nishreen.[protected]@gmail.com after sending so many emails and messages through wesbite there is no answer to the cashbck payment. also the phone calls remain unanswered. it becomes very difficult to reach out to customer care team in case of such issues Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support May 28, 2019 CashKaro.com Customer Care's response Hi Nishreen, We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We checked the status of your payment request and found that it is on hold. This is because when a payment request for gift voucher is placed for an email ID different than the registered CashKaro ID, we confirm from the user before processing the same as a security measure. An email in this regard is sent to the registered email ID and as soon as we receive the confirmation from the user, the vouchers are processed and emailed within 24 hours. We had not received this confirmation from your registered mail ID, hence the delay. We have now sent the GIft Card to the CashKaro registered Email ID.
