Dear sir/madam I subscribed to magzter gold through my cashback email id [protected]@gmail.com on 06 february 2018. The payment was confirmed but i didn't recieve the cashback of 1050 on my wallet. Please help me to resolve this issue as i need the money very desperately. I have already sent email at [protected]@cashkaro.com to resolve the issue but there was just an automated mail from there side, not any satifactorily reply. My order no for magzter was[protected]. Our customer support team received your email yesterday and the automated reply was just an acknowledgement of the same. You must have received a resolution by now. Since your transaction did not track automatically, we will add it to your CashKaro account through a Missing Cashback Ticket. This will reflect in your account as "Pending" within 24 hours. As per the procedure, it will be Confirmed within 60 days and you may then transfer the same to your Bank account or redeem as Amazon/Flipkart gift voucher.
