Casio — product scientific calculator fx-100ms has not functions it should have

I had bought the scientific calculator casio fx-100ms from flipkart.com on 15th july for my study purpose. Now when i got admitted to the institute and started using it, i came to know that it does not have functions that it should have i. E. Complex function is not there, equations solving is also missing in it. I also checked casio website where they have shown that pressing mode and than 2 allows complex function but the same is not with my product.
