Dear concern,

Refer crs pnr zbf4vi dated 21.02.2018 — property irregularities — travelling from kolkata to south korea (Incheon) via hong kong — ahl icncx41043]-flight arrival time 13:55 dated 21.02.2018.

Baggage delayed, arrived by cx412/22feb (Receipt in hand after reach hotel at 18:20 from reception on 22.02.2018)

I have come to south korea for my business trip whose temperature is -8 degree centigrade almost 34 degree less than my own country india, kolkata.

The said baggage was my main baggage contain all my winter clothing.

As you are aware the airport is already air conditioned & temperature maintained in comfort zone between 22 to 25 degree.

Just imagine the mental agony & anxiety of protect self from that terrible cold i have undergone.

Due to delay of the baggage i had to purchase of some winter cloths and night ware.
Also i have to purchase an additional luggage for newly purchased material.

I don’t have the option during that period to think about amount of airline allowance.

I had gone ahead with my necessities at that moment at least for next day important business meet which had started by 22nd morning 9 a. M. I had to attend my important official meet with my casual previous day travel dressing.

Therefore consider above & request for simple reimbursement claim (3, 85, 550 krw/ 356 usd)

1. My winter clothing & night dress i had to purchase during that period dated 21.02.2018.in korea (2, 35, 550 krw).

2. A luggage bag to carry all additional purchase (150000 krw)

3. Mental agony & anxiety i had undergone in new place first time (Not claiming)

4. Losing of business motive (Not claiming)
