I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 20/05/2022 and made online payment using upi. Amount ₹ 1005.50 /- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
CC Avenue customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 20, 2022 Updated by Manjil Daha Please conncect with me over email for transaction reference details. Need this resolution ASAP before i start escalating this to every social media possible. Transaction was still successful in an instant but your portal was still not able to acknowledge and transaction got failed. Provide me quick resolution and refund my money back ASAP
