Dear sir, Mai ne 3/4/2019 ko mponline se 2540 ka transaction kiya tha. Par wo failed ho gaya aur account 2540 deduct ho gaya. Iske liye mai ne mponline me complaint bhi kiya par unka status ye tha. [ i can not recived amount 3/4/2019from your card num. 6521*8003410 if deducted your money please contact to the cc avenue payment getway or bill desk for the same enclosed the report.. I placed an order a flat from sss..amount was deducted but order failed.i received a message that payment wAs successful paid to ccvenue...when I checked into my order..it shows u have not placed an order...wheN I tried to contact customer care, it's always busy and can't GET connected to customer care.I want my money back
