CC Avenue — Bharat Gas Booking - Amount got deducted but not reflected in my bharat gas account

Hello Team,

I have booked Bharath Gas cylinder and paid the amount through my credit card. Amount got deducted and in the app it's not reflecting and showing the message as "session expired, please try again"
Please confirm if the transaction was successful from bank side why id not reflecting in Bharath Gas site. If the transaction was not successful I should get my money back. I have paid 1583.68 rupees. Please refund it asap
