CC Avenue — Cannot find order in Max fashion online shopping app

To whomever it may concern,

I recently purchased items worth ₹1, 597 from Max fashion online shopping app on 15th August. The payment was done through Google Pay and was successful and the amount was debited from my account. However I'm not able to see my order history in the app and the 'ordered items' are still in my cart and did not receive any confirmation mail from CC Avenue or from Max. I have attached a screenshot of the transaction below.
I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible.
