CC Avenue — indigo app money deducted ticket not confirmed

Hi,

I was booking tickets from indigo app on 23rd march 2020. The payment failed but amount of rs. 12880 had been deducted from my bank account. i have not received the refund. Please take necessary action.as I am in urgent need of my hard earned money

Updated by Ashwani143j Sir u said U processed money to my merchant that is indigo.. But they refused to accept and says that the money is with you n die to some technical issue they have not received n it is remain at your hand..

On 30/03/2020, at 09:47 hours, I recharged my Tablet for Rs 555 (Jio) via CC Avenue Wallet. The amount has been deducted from my ICICI account but my tablet was not recharged.
Kindly reverse the transaction asap.
