CC Avenue — Payment is made to CC Avenue but order is not placed

I have made an order to purchase Ramayana books from Gita Press.
I have made a payment through Google Pay and it got deducted from my account.
A confirmation has come via email from CC Avenue.
But the order is not placed on the Gita Press Website.

Kindly refund my payment.
