CC Avenue — payment unsuccessful but money deducted

Dear sir / madam,

I paid rs. 2500 for the international conference on recent trends in multi-disciplinary research (Icrtmdr - 18) 20th - 21st december 2018, thoothukudi, tamilnadu.

My paper id is : icrtmdr_49836

I made the payment through the conference gateway on 12 dec 2018 afternoon around 2.15 pm, where i got a mail saying my payment was not successful.

However, i find my account debited with rs 2500 and service charges.

Kindly help me to get back the money.
