[Resolved]  CC Avenue — recharge done 230 rupees but not success for dish tv recharge

I forwarded this message that i received after recharge in my mobile that given below...
"rs.230.00 was spent on your sbi card ending with 9428 at ccavenue utility mum on 24/08/19. Know more on the app: https://sbicard.com/mobile-app"

I had recharged for d2h dish tv but still not received by recipient.
Neither confirmation received from dish tv nor cc avenue utility mum.

In response to your query, we have checked our records and found that the refund procedure has been initiated by the merchant for the order number :VS[protected] with the CCAvenue Ref no[protected] on[protected]:03:27 with refund reference no :[protected] form amount INR Rs:230.00 Rest assured, the amount will get credited back to your bank account as per the bank procedures with in 5 to 7 working days .
