CC Avenue — request for refund of money | |||
Sir, I hereby inform you that, i have paid rs 1320/- through net banking of sbi on 19/04/2019. The amount is deducted from my account and transferred to ccavenue vide order no. Cdr/c04/19/19/180712 dated 19/04/2019, but, may be some network problem the process was not completed. So, the amount is not shown in the bww smarttouch account and my transaction is not complete. Therefore, i request you to kindly verify the matter and refund the amount. The order summary page is attached herewith. Thanking you. A.
