Ccavenue — Money got deducted from account by CC Avenue gateway but order not placed in Gita Press website

Address:Level II, Plaza Asiad, S. V. Road, Santa Cruz (West), Mumbai - 400054, INDIA.

I placed an order in Gita Press books online & I made the payment through google Pay of Rs.382, however the Order is not visible in Gita Press website but I got confirmation from CC Avenue as below:

Your Order#49446 on https://gitapressbookshop.in for INR 382.00 was successful. CCA Ref No:[protected].

I have raised this concern to both Gita Press and CC Avenue but not yet got any response.
