[Resolved]  CCAvenues — Payment successful online through CCAvenues but Bharat Gas has not received the money

I've made a payment of 8, 458 through CCAvenues on Gpay. The payment was successful at my end. The money got debited but Bharathgas says it hasn't received the money.

I've reached my bank and they too confirm that the payment is successful.

Could you please refund my money?
