I had given my phone to ccom telecommunications which is an authorised service centre of Motorola... As my touch screen was not working..Initially they said will check and let me know. I REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH TIME THEY TAKE FOR MERE INVESTIGATION.
Later after a month the guy at ccom said it has some water whereas my phone has not come in contact of water. THEN SAID WE NEED TO CHANGE THE Entire display.
I really find these guys fraud don't know if they are giving my original phone back or some duplicate handset with everything changed.
Till date none of the service centre has taken 2minths time just to change the display. They have n number of reasons. Each time we need to give call to these guys and keep following wasting out time and energy. Every time I call they will say it will be done by next Saturday.
This is the worst service centre... Ccom telecommunications one which is in eternity mall, first floor Thane w. Please don't visit this centre it's worst and u will get harassed for no reasons.
Even the female staff here are mannerless. They will cut your call even i[censored] have not finished talking. Hopeless staff hopeless service centre. Was this information helpful? |
