Ceat Tyres — Ceat- fuel smart tyres (155/80/r-13)

I purchased 5 nos. CEAT- FUEL SMART TYRES (155/80/R-13) in dec2019 and March 2020 from Betul tyres and Automobiles, Badora, Betul, M.P.
Due to old product with manufacturing defect one tyre was damaged in initial month and was sent to company by dealer for replacement but till date no replacement had been received nor the damaged tyre of one month life.
Remaining tyres also started bulging due to air pockets trapped in the rubber while manufacturing. This manufacturing defect increased with time damaging alignment frequently with heavy uneven wearing of rubber at faster rate endangering safe driving.
Approaching dealer for service and claims he blamed alignment of car running smoothly and properly since 2013 manufacturing with even wearing and so all five tyres were replaced and still runs smoothly on the old tyres.
Dealer insist forced changing of ARMS, TIE-RODS, STEERING RAKE of car costing about 50, 000 Rs without any results wasting time and heavy wearing of rubber which continued till the Alignment Centre complained in writing in regard of air pockets and bulging.
This manufacturing defect of air pockets with poor after sales service of ceat increased faster wearing and bulging resulting unsafe driving was conveyed via customer care to Regional office at Bhopal where MR Tiwari assured for replacement of tyres in sept 2021 and within few days my complaint no.[protected] was closed on 27/9/2021 without settling my claims and advised to contact the regional office, where I got misleading suggestions again.
Being located more than 100 miles from dealer and 200 miles from regional office on 18/10/2021, I contacted dealer and Regional officer shri Tiwari where after many conversations, photos, videos of tyres I was forced to deposit the tyres and assured claims in a week. I managed to deposit 2 more bulged tyres to dealer who examined my claim C[protected] and C[protected] online which was not approved due to TIME BARRED/OLD PRODUCT in the online process in moments and again holded the tyres for sending to company whereas my claims are for manufacturing defects of tyres.
CEAT sales and after sale service seem and gives a feeling of being cheated in organized manner by the company sales, dealer and service team with an eyewash of customer care. What a great policy of company selling defective products, taking back defective products at the cost of customer, 3 of 5 tyres are with the company, rest two tyres holded were also forced to deposit.
Customer buying 5 CEAT tyres have to deposit all 5 tyres to the company at his cost for claims and run his car without tyres after incurring half lakh wasteful expenses due such defective tyres, is this the working and policy of CEAT in the market, does the company like to clarify its policy in this regard.
