My name is harish, my wife has enrolled for driving classes to get llr and dl and paid rs 4400 to the celebrity driving school representative named faisal and self has handed over my old dl booklet for converting it into smart card, paid 500rs also.
Faisal initially agreed for his good service, but actually would not care about instructor reaching on time and not take my calls.
The instructor by name ali [ faizal's brother ] reached for few classes and disappeared. my wife got ll & later finished driving test at rto on may 16. after that faisal promised that will issue dl after 1 week including my smart card. but as on date he has not handed over dl of my wife including me. hs is not lifting his mobile, blocking the calls. daily started calling continuously till date no response.
They promised dl and later behaved irresponsibly and would reject calls.
Request to help in getting dl & my original dl booklet for smartcard conversion.
