Cello — poor quality of cello chair

I purchased two plastic chairs from css canteen last week. One is already broken and the other one is also showing same problem and about to break while sitting in the chair it leg move outwards and crack is formed on the leg and finally breaking the leg. Are you cheating defence people by introducing cheap quality items in canteen. Please attempt my complaint immediately otherwise. We purchased a cello thermostat on 22.01.2019 from nine twelve departmental store ludhiana but it is not functioning properly.we went to return the same on 23.01.219 but the owner of the store refused to return the same.kindly replace the product or refund the amount.
